EPISODE.COM.HK offers exchange for change of mind on all orders*, however the following exclusions and requirements apply:
Clothing should be returned unworn, unwashed and in new condition, with their original packaging and other accessories (dust bag, jewellery/shoe box etc) received with the original order.
Footwear should be returned unmarked, and in original undamaged packaging. Please include any additional accessories (e.g. dust bags / original designer shoe box) sent as a part of the order. The soles must not show any signs of wear.
All returns request should be made within 15 business days from the date that the shipment was received.
Please e-mail Hkg.email@example.com with your order number, items to exchange, and reason for exchange to alert us that your exchange is on its way. Once we have confirmed your exchange, you will be provided a return address to ship the item(s).
Once we receive the package, your exchange will be promptly arranged. The exchange will be made to the same mail address used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your exchange is processed. You will be notified by e-mail when your exchange package is received and your exchange has been processed.
Exchanges are subject to item availability. We cannot guarantee item availability, but will make all reasonable attempts to secure the exchange item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to EPISODE.COM.HK, but will not be required to cover shipping costs of the new item.
Unfortunately, at this point we are unable to complete refunds. Unless stated otherwise.
For any physical defects upon your purchase, please e-mail us at Hkg.firstname.lastname@example.org within one week of receiving the item. Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use/abuse, are not considered to be faulty or damaged.
