7 working days for orders within Hong Kong, Macau and China

*Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order, upon placement (Mon-Fri). Initial order confirmation emails are not confirmations of shipping. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive additional communication regarding shipment. Orders placed over the weekend and/or public holidays, will be processed the next business day. During sale periods and public holidays, processing times may vary and may take up to 3 business days - excluding standard shipping times.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipment notification. This will include your orders tracking ID. You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website. If you cannot find your tracking code, please contact at hkg.cs@faoffice.com.

 

LOST PACKAGE

If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately at hkg.cs@faoffice.com and we will try our best to solve the issue.
